1. Any time there’s more than one main villain, the story’s going to suffer.
  2. Wasn’t this movie Spiderman 2 with the addition of one embarrassingly long scene of PP doing a John Travolta? I kept expecting the Bee Gees to break out in song.
  3. If I ended up dangling from a building/crane/web as often as Mary Jane Watson does, I’d be dumping PP in a heartbeat.
  4. I liked it anyway.  I’m still 10 years old at heart.

Going to see it with Hubby on Thursday. Think I’ll take Max with me to see if THAT 10 year old will like it. Maybe he’d take his Spidey backpack with him there. 🙂

Taking my girls to see it Saturday. Even if it stinks Spidey will always be one of my favorites. Judging from how much it has already taken in though it doesn’t stink. I agree with you though. If a guy is responsible for me dangling anywhere he’s outta there.

    I tag you, David. Sorry.
    Here are the rules:
    • Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
    • People who are tagged need to write their own blog about their eight things and post these rules.
    • At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
    • Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.

I liked it. If you’re looking for validation on still liking it, try comparing it to Superman 3 or the third movie in the Batman series (which I had to Google to even remember — it was “Batman Forever,” which also had two villains, Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face and Jim Carrey as The Riddler).

Do you think this is the last one? They certainly wrapped up certain elements in an alarmingly neat bow.
